Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: February 2025

Life happens, and we get that. Here’s our cancellation policy, designed to be fair to you and respectful of our vendor partners:

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • 14+ days before the event: 50% refund of the total service fee.

  • Less than 14 days before the event: No refund.

Vendor Deposits:
When we book vendors (like venues, musicians, caterers, etc.), we often pay them upfront on your behalf. These vendor deposits are non-refundable unless the vendor agrees to a refund—this is out of our hands, but we’ll always advocate for you.

Custom Products (e.g. designs, keepsakes, tribute videos):
Due to their personalized nature, these are non-refundable once production begins.

How to Cancel:
Please notify us in writing at info@myorpaz.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to support you through the process.
